Customer Service Part 1Posted Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at 7:30 AM
Every job I have been employed at since I was 16 years old (yes -in the stone age), customer service is a HUGE deal in each one.
From working in a drive-in-movie theater concession stand to currently working in the financial industry (that is for my WF buds), customer service is a big deal. In dealing with wedding prep - the Bride and Groom have learned what customer service is NOT. More to this story in the future. I want to tell you some of the area businesses that I believe have great customer service for a variety of reason. The order is random so this isn't like Letterman's top ten list. T and T Auto Sales - Oxford and Indianola. Aphrodite Beauty Salon - these gals rock. Plus they take care of you when the tornado sirens go off. Country Whimsey - Sherry and Vanessa always know your name. Plus the food is great. Schmick's Market. Got to love those events they have. Country Floral and Knowlen and Yates. Might be a family thing there. But you can get the coolest stuff at their stores. Wagner Chevrolet Service Department - Jay and the guys. Linda Maiden' State Farm office. Bev Smith and her costume shop. Cambridge. Shirley K's. Cambridge. Red Willow County Treasurer's office. Farrell's Hallmark - Go Dee!! Wells Fargo - McCook - (I am a customer too you know.) Remember this is just my most humble opinion but it is my blog too. LOL Sometimes I don't think we say nice enough things and I just wanted these folks to know they are appreciated!! Have you ever drived through McDonald's in the morning? They have someone there - I think her name is Linda - who always has something to say. She puts a smile on my face everytime I drive through.
