McCook sophomore Josiah Wilkinson (center) zoomed to the area’s fastest 800-meter time while reaching Class B state at Omaha Burke Stadium last week. Wilkinson also ran on two Bison relays who posted second-fastest times behind only eventual Class C state team champion Chase County.
