The family of Jack and Evelyn Hook of McCook is requesting a card shower in honor of the couple’s 70th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022. They were married in Culbertson, Neb. in 1952. Their family includes children, Pam (the late John) Wagner, Lori (Andy) O’Dea, Marsha (Kevin) Krotter, all of McCook, Deanna (Bob) Brown of Indianola, Neb., the late Linda Houghtelling; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
