Red Willow GOP plans monthly meeting

McCOOK, Neb — The Red Willow County Republican Party June meeting will begin with a meet and greet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 28 at Bedore Barn — Marlene’s Kitchen, with a business meeting at 7 p.m.

The agenda includes information about the state convention in Kearney on July 9, and Elizabeth Tegtmeier, the candidate for the State Board of Education, invites everyone to a general election campaign kickoff at the Homestead Pumpkin Patch in North Platte on June 30. An RSVP is requested by June 23 and information can be found on the Red Willow County GOP Facebook page.

Kathy Wilmot, local conservative candidate for the University of Nebraska Regents, is continuing her campaign and thanks to the group for its support; other local GOP candidates are encouraged to attend the local GOP meetings as their campaigns progress to the November election. All area voters are encouraged to meet the candidates who will be representing us in our continued journey to preserve our great state and nation.
