Lori Beeby, Chairman of the McCook Chamber of Commerce welcomed a large gathering to the McCook Christian Church Wednesday to recognize the church and its membership as the third quarter Honor Business. Beeby said McCook Christian Church was chosen, in part, because of the extensive efforts the membership went to in order to provide McCook with an Independence Day celebration through the Freedom Festival. Beeby thanked the church for all that they do, and for always being willing to work for the community.

Lead Minister Kyle Dellevoet told the crowd, “We love Southwest Nebraska and Northwest Kansas and we want to just continue to do everything we can to make it a great place to live, work, and play. So we’re really really honored and humbled by this.”
