CULLMAN, Ala. — Linda Lou Pate, 76, died Tuesday (Nov. 19, 2019), at Cullman.

She was born Aug. 13, 1943, at Beaver City, Neb., to Ralph and Hazel (Hardenbrook) Christensen. She graduated from Beaver City High School in 1961.

She attended Nebraska Christian College in Norfolk, Neb., and served for two years in the U.S. Air Force.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Doran Christensen; and stepson, Roger Pate.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne Pate; children, Michael Louis Hancock (Melissa) and Lori Michelle Hancock; step-children, Jeff Pate (Jill) and Mark Pate (Debbie); sister, Sharon Rupe (John); brother, Neal Christensen (Karen); three grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.

Services are Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, 11 a.m., at the First Christian Church of Beaver City with Jim Garfield officiating. Inurnment is at Mount Hope Cemetery, Beaver City. Online condolences can be left at wenburgfuneralhome.com.
