Buffalo Commons First Tuesday set for library

McCOOK, Neb. — The Buffalo Commons Storytelling and Music Festival planning committee announces a change in venue for their December 4 First Tuesday event. They will meet at McCook City Library to join forces with the Library Advisory Board and the Library Foundation Board in celebration of 50 years at the present location.

Current and past staff are expected to be on hand. Users of all ages are encouraged to attend as are librarians from other libraries. Remembrances of the old Carnegie library are especially welcome.

Tours of recent library renovations will begin at 6:30 p.m. with stories slated from 7 – 8. An elevator is available. Refreshments will be served. The public is invited to come to share a story or just to listen.

There will not be a First Tuesday event on Jan. 1, 2019.
