Broncos, Warriors blast hoops foes

AXTELL, Neb. -- Junior Parker Ehrke caught fire with six of seven shooting and 15 points to spark Arapahoe's 63-29 trouncing of Axtell Tuesday evening.

Junior classmate Jacob Pruitt followed with 14 points and sophomore Gentry Anderson tossed in 10 to continue the 7-7 Warriors' recent success.

Senior Jordan Martin's seven rebounds led a 40-26 Warrior rebounding advantage.

WAUNETA, Neb. -- The Wauneta-Palisade Broncos romped to their 10th win in 13 games this season Tuesday night.

Senior Greg Gaston hit eight of 10 shots for 18 points and sophomore Duncan Rector slipped 16 through the nets.

Junior Cash Yearous was the Broncos' other top scorer with 12 points.
