Dundy Beach Health Club plans Sprint Triathlon

BENKELMAN, Neb. -- The Dundy Beach Health Club plans a Sprint Triathlon 8 a.m. Sunday, July 31, beginning at the Benkelman pool, 207 Dakota Street in Benkelman.

The competition will include a 200 meter swim, 1oK bicycle ride and 5 K run.
