Joseph Shepherd, 27, Culbertson, Nebraska -- possession of a deadly weapon by a felon (Feb. 10, 2015, Red Willow County Sheriff's Department traffic stop and subsequent confiscation of a spring-assisted forward opening knife with a blade more than 3 and 1/2 inches in length), dismissed July 9, 2015, by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood.

Izaiah B. Jacob, 19, 905 1/2 W. Fifth Street -- criminal mischief (Jan. 27, 2015, offense and between $200-$500 in damage to a windshield belonging to Gary Henderson), probation 3 months; assault third degree (Jan. 27, 2015, incident and injury or threat of injury to Robert Hines), probation 3 months; disturbing the peace at 1902 West B Street, dismissed by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood.
