Timothy Spulak, 28, 108 East 10th Street -- Red Willow County Court Judge Anne Paine approved motion to set aside September 2012 conviction for theft by shoplifting (3 action figures from Game On on Aug. 11, 2012). Spulak requested the charge be set aside indicating it "would allow for better career options not available due to the charge." Spulak was fined $150 at the time of the conviction.

Grace M. Udell, 58, 910 East E Street No. 8 -- theft by shoplifting less than $200 (Jan. 14, 2015, incident at Walmart involving medication, ham, cheese and an alarm clock), $100 fine.

Ashley L. Walkington, 30, 1009 W. Fourth Street -- DUI (.11)(Jan. 17, 2015, 1:31 a.m. near the 400 block of West B Street), amended by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood to reckless driving, $200 fine, probation 6 months; violate stop sign, dismissed by Wood.

Troutman, 31, 203 East C Street -- DUI second offense (Nov. 19, 2014, 12:08 a.m. near the intersection of Fifth and B Street), $500 fine, jail 10 days, credit for 4 days already served, probation 18 months, driver's license revoked 18 months; speeding 34 mph in a 25 mph zone, dismissed; open alcohol container, dismissed.

Andrew L. Hofman, 46, 1212 West L Street -- violate stop sign, found guilty at trial, $35 fine.

Gene R. Henne, 33, 26 South Street -- no insurance, $100 fine; no registration, $25 fine; no operator's license, $75 fine.
