Planners seek public input on parks

McCOOK, Nebraska -- Some local recreational projects have been put on hold while city staff iron out the details of a citizen input survey they hope will provide feedback on what areas the city should focus. The survey follows a string of local groups making formal requests to the parks advisory board and city council, before being bounced back to the parks advisory board and ultimately delayed for one reason or another.
