Defendant bound over on multiple felony charges

McCOOK, Nebraska -- A McCook man has been charged with seven felony counts of sexual assault stemming from alleged incidents that date back to 2004 and involving a victim 14 years of age or younger.

The man, 59-year-old Claudie Lee Patterson of 38644 Road 705, was bound over in Red Willow County Court earlier this month and has not yet been scheduled to appear in Red Willow County District Court.

Patterson is facing two Class IIIA felony charges of sexual assault of a child and five Class II felonies of first degree sexual assault.

According to court documents, the alleged incidents all occurred in Red Willow County between 2004 and 2008.
