County Court
Mark A. Williams, 52, 210 1/2 E. Seventh Street -- arrested for assault, making terroristic threats and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony (Aug. 2012 incident at the 200 block of E. Seventh Street), pursued as two Class IV felony counts of making terroristic threats, subsequently amended by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood to two Class I misdemeanor offenses of third degree assault, sentenced to 180 days jail, credit given for 143 days already served at sentencing.

FOUND DOG: An adult neutered male tri-colored Corgi mix (wearing a red nylon collar) was found on the 500 block of Elizabeth and brought to the Humane Society on Friday, Feb. 22, 2013.
FOUND DOG: An adult unaltered male yellow Lab was found on U.S. Highway 6 and 34 just west of McCook. He was brought to the McCook Humane Society on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013.
FOUND DOG: Still here! An adult unaltered brindle male Staffordshire Terrier mix (wearing an orange nylon collar) was found on the 500 block of North Cherokee and brought to the McCook Humane Society on Monday, Feb. 11, 2013.
