TIPS FOR READERS
Viewers who rely on analog over-the-air service will lose reception of our programming unless they use a DTV receiver or a converter box that is hooked up to their existing analog television. Converter boxes can be purchased from area electronics retailers and on-line.
It is important to "rescan" the DTV receiver or converter box shortly after Feb. 17, 2009 at 9 a.m.
If viewers subscribe to cable or satellite services, they should not lose reception and should not have to do anything to continue to receive local stations.
