DENVER, Colo. -- Mary Ann Fahrenbruch died Monday, Sept. 3, 2007, at University of Colorado Hospital in Denver, Colo., at the age of 55.

She was born May 22, 1952, in McCook, the daughter of Hazel Schilz. She grew up in the Culbertson Community where she graduated from Culbertson High School in 1970, and also graduated from McCook Junior College.

On Oct. 10, 1976, she married Larry L. Fahrenbruch at St. John's Lutheran Church in Culbertson. They made their home in the Trenton area, before moving to Atwood in 1986. She was an office manager for Finley Construction and Redi Mix Company.

Mary was a member of the Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Women's Lutheran Missionary League, a member of the local Theta Kappa Club and the New Horizon Extension Club.

Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and also enjoyed scrapbooking the many memories she made throughout her life.

She is survived by her husband, Larry L. Fahrenbruch of Atwood; two daughters, Janae Martinez and husband, Pablo of Denver, Colo., and Janelle Fahrenbruch of Hays, Kan.; two sons, B.J. Fahrenbruch and Terry Fahrenbruch, both of Atwood; two grandchildren, Shaun Carlo and Isabella Ann Martinez of Denver, Colo.; and numerous relatives and friends.

A visitation is today at Herrmann Chapel in Culbertson and Friday at Williams Funeral Home in Atwood.

Funeral services will be Saturday, 10:30 a.m., at Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church in Atwood, with the Rev. Don?White officiating. Interment will be at 2 p.m., in the Culbertson Cemetery.

Memorials may be given in her name and friends may call today at Herrmann Chapel in Culbertson.
