LUSK, Wyo. -- Funeral services for Barbara Dee Crouse will be held in Lusk, Wyo., on March 19, 2007, at the First Baptist Church with Pastor Tom Strock officiating. Interment will be at the Lusk Cemetery followed by a luncheon where friends and family may share wonderful memories of Barbara. Barbara Dee Crouse died March 13, 2007, at the young age of 64.

She was born in Imperial, Neb. on July 12, 1942, to Kenneth Steven and Vivian Arlene (Cain) Hockman. She graduated from Red Willow High School. After her first marriage she returned to McCook, Neb., where she worked in the Assessors Office at the county court house. She raised her two daughters there until her marriage to Delbert Dean Crouse. They were married on July 3, 1973, and moved to Lusk, Wyo. Her accomplishments were humble ones. She was a housewife, mother, and friend to many. She worked at the Stagecoach Museum and attended the First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her four children, Lois Foster, 43, from Midlothian, Texas; Robin Barnes, 41, from Denver, Colo.; Dawn Kemitz, 32, from Burns, Wyo.; Dustin Crouse, 26, from Lusk, Wyo.; five granddaughters; two brothers, Robert S. Hockman of Hawley, Texas; Russell L. Hockman of Monroe, Ga.; and her Aunt Lois Cain of McCook, Neb. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Del Crouse, and her parents.

Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in memory of Barbara Crouse.

Cicmanec- Pier Funeral Home in Lusk, WY was in charge of arrangements.
