DANBURY -- Robert "Bob" Peach, 74, died Wednesday, (Aug. 16, 2006) at The Veterans Affairs Medical Center, in Marion, Ill.

He was born Jan. 21, 1932, in Velpen, Ind., to Orville R. and Lucy (Hochmeister) Peach.

On Feb. 14, 1954, he married Jerlene Todrank at the Holland United Methodist Church.

He served in the U. S. Marine Corps fighting in the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Richard Peach.

Survivors include five children, Perry Jay Peach of Henderson, Ky., Pamela Kay Peach of San Antonio, Texas, Philip Ray Peach of Newburgh, Ind., Paul Jeffray Peach of Newburgh, Ind., and Pala Fay Peach of Marble, Colo.; one brother, Gary R. Peach of Montgomery, Ind.; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Private burial services will be held at a later date.
