Chris Wiemers gets tee times for PGA Championship

SPRINGFIELD, N.J. -- Chris Wiemers, a 1992 graduate of McCook High School and the golf pro at Eagle Run in Omaha, will tee off at 2:20 a.m. ET Thursday at the 87th annual PGA Championship.

The tournament will be played at Baltrusol Golf Club in Springfield, N.J.

Wiemers is teamed with Don Berry, Brooklyn Park, Minn., and Alan Morin, Royal Palm Beach, Fla.

The threesome will tee off at 9:15 a.m. ET Friday in the second round.

According to various previews, Tiger Woods is favored to win the PGA Championship.

Should he do so, Woods will win three of the four major tournaments this season.
