Mississippi man finally comes clean

A former Culbertson man who received a ticket on Aug. 20, 1990, has finally come clean and paid up.

Rick Lalan, of Horn Lake, Miss., was ticketed for no valid registration, no operator's permit and no proof of insurance in 1990. Lalan failed to appear for his court date on Sept. 6 of that year and a notice to suspend his license was issued on Oct. 18. 1990. The total fine for the violations was $100 and court costs of $21.

The Red Willow County Court received the payment Monday.
