What is the lesson?

Dear Editor,

Will McCook own the old Air Base or will they pay off and give it back? We hope the council members have learned something from this experience. The taxpayers need to get more involved with the City Council in the future and the other boards within the system.

We must stay vigilant, watch what the people do with the taxpayers' monies.
