McCook man injured in accident

A McCook man received a head injury near Overtime Lounge, early Sunday morning, after he fell off a moving vehicle.

The authorities responded to an ambulance call at 1:26 a.m., where Justin E. Peterson, 22, had hit his head on the ground after, witnesses say, he jumped onto a moving vehicle driven by Robin Paul of McCook, and then fell to the ground.

The ambulance personnel transported him to Community Hospital of McCook where he was then transferred to Bryan LGH West in Lincoln.

McCook Police officials are still investigating this case and more information will be released as it becomes available.
