Schudde, Johnson

Bethany Schudde of St. George, Utah and Travis Johnson of Hoisington, Kan., announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Carl and Sylvia Schudde of St. George, Douglas and Terri Johnson of Dodge City, Kan., and Tina Johnson of Hoisington. Grandparents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Will Clark of Salem, Mo., Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wood of Richmond, Mo., Mrs. Carl C. Schudde of Granite City, Ill., Alvin and Sharon Johnson of Oberlin, Mrs. J.C. Wickham (Carmie) of Oberlin and Urban Hitschmann of Great Bend, Kan. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Desert High School at Edwards Air Force Base in California and attended two years at Barton County Community College in Great Bend. The prospective bridegroom graduated from Hoisington High School and attended one year at Barton Community College. Both plan to attend Lamar College in Beaumont, Texas, where the bride-to-be has a volleyball scholarship and the prospective bridegroom is an assistant athletic trainer. The couple is planning a July 11, 2003, ceremony in St. George.
