Rosemary and Gerald Corey's "Corey's Christmas Corner" opens the Christmas season in the Culbertson and McCook, Nebraska, area, Thanksgiving night, Thursday, and their Christmas light display will run from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. every evening through New Year's Eve. With fewer lights and figurines than before -- Rosemary is recovering from multiple surgeries through the year -- the couple has still set up their gable star and "cosmic color ribbons" to convey their Christmas wishes to all who stop by. Each program of lights -- choreographed with Christmas carols -- runs for 25 minutes; the music plays in the yard and on 88.1 FM on car radios. The Corey farm is located two miles east of Culbertson on U.S. Highway 6 and 34 and one-quarter mile north on County Road 376.
