Andrew and Athena Messinger of Hayes Center, Nebraska, announce the birth of their daughter, Isabella Rae Messinger. She was born Aug. 25, 2011 at Great Plains Regional Medical Center, North Platte, Nebraska. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 20 1/4 inches long. She has one brother, Isaak, 3 years old. Grandparents are Rick and Jackie Ochsner of Grant, Nebraska and Alan and Pam Messinger of Hayes Center. Great-grandparens are Ruth Ochsner of Grant, George and Janet Johnson of Grant, Merlin and Eunice Messinger of McCook, Nebraska John and Fran Cox of Lima, Ohio.
