Weber, Kolbo exchange vows

McCOOK, Nebraska -- Kimberly Lynn Weber of McCook, Nebraska and Gary Wade Kolbo of Cozad, Nebraska were united in marriage on Sept. 11, 2010, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in McCook with the Rev. Dr. Mary Hendricks officiating.

Parents of the bride are Janet (Wilken) Weber and Tilden Weber, both of McCook. Parents of the bridegroom are the late Gary Kolbo and Donna (Dillon) Kolbo of Cozad.

Grandparents of the bride are the late Leroy Wilken and Betty Wilken of Bertrand, Nebraska, the late Ernst Weber and Roselene Weber of McCook, and the late Ted Struempler and Norma Struempler of Callaway, Nebraska. Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Morris and Lucile Dillon and the late Leland and Joy Kolbo.

The maid of honor was Shawna Bauer of Culbertson, Nebraska. The bridesmaids were sister-in-law of the bridegroom, Stephanie Kolbo of Waverly, Nebraska; Jessica Myers of McCook, Tara McCaslin of McCook; and sister of the bride, Kelsey Cassidy of Fort Mohave, Arizona. The bride's personal attendant was Josh McNutt of McCook.

The best man was brother of the bridegroom, Zane Kolbo of McCook. The bridegroomsmen were brothers of the bridegroom, Ryan Kolbo of Waverly, Rick Kolbo of Lincoln, Nebraska, Dean Kolbo of Schuyler, Nebraska, and Tony Kolbo of Kearney, Nebraska.

The flower girls were daughter of the bridegroom, Alyssa Kolbo of Cozad and niece of the bride, McKenna Weber of Lincoln. The junior bridesmaid was niece of the bridegroom, Sophia Kolbo of Lincoln.

The ring bearer was son of the bridegroom, Dillon Kolbo of Cozad. The ushers were Kirt Matson of McCook, Jeremy Bain of McCook; nephew of the bridegroom, Devin Kolbo of Kearney; and brother of the bride, Kent Weber of Lincoln.

The candlelighters were daughter of the bridegroom, Kaylea Kolbo of Cozad and niece of the bride, Madison Weber of Lincoln.

The guest book and program attendants was sister-in-law of bride, Amy Weber of Lincoln. Music was provided by vocalists Johnny Scott of McCook and Brittany Bauer of Omaha, Nebraska.

A reception took place at the Community Building at the Red Willow County Fair Grounds in McCook. The reception coordinator was Angie Reiners of McCook. The host couples were Larry and Karen Siebrandt of McCook; aunts and uncles of the bride, Monte and Erlene Madsen of Lone Tree, Colorado, Gary and Cindy Wilken of Bertrand and Jeff and Shauna Wilken of Smithfield, Nebraska; and aunt and uncle of the bridegroom, Jack and Judy Dillon of Lincoln.

The cake servers were aunts of the bride, Loretta Colter of Bertrand and Carol Florang of Kearney; and cousins of the bride, Kaylee Colter and Kodi Colter, both of Bertrand, and Andrea Wilken of Kearney. The gift bearers were cousins of the bride, Wyatt and Cheyenne Wilken of Smithfield.

The bride is a McCook High School graduate. She is employed as a grain merchandiser for Hannebaum Grain Co., Inc., in McCook. The bridegroom is a graduate of Cozad High School and Southeast Community College. He is employed as a general manager for CBS Constructors.

The couple resides in McCook.
