Augustyn, Cushman engagement
Renee Augustyn and Jesse Cushman, both of Lincoln, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Parents of the couple are Charles and Marilyn Augustyn of Lincoln, Lois and Les Little of Beatrice and the late Daniel Cushman. Grandparents of the bride-to-be are Maribeth Augustyn of McCook, the late Joseph Augustyn and the late Robert and Agnes Huff. Grandparents of the prospective bridegroom are MaryJo and Frank Foetisch of Tecumseh, the late Raymond Laue and the late Lloyd and Esther Cushman.
The bride-to-be has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering and a Master of Science degree in computer science from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. She is employed at UNL at the Center for Science, Mathematics & Computer Education.
The prospective bridegroom has a Associate of Arts degree in business and is pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Pheonix. He is employed at General Dynamics.
An Oct. 2, 2010, wedding is planned, 2 p.m., at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Lincoln.
The couple resides in Lincoln.
