Olson, Ele wedding
Chantel Olson and Justin Ele of McCook were united in marriage on June 6, 2009, at United Methodist Church in McCook with the Rev. Dr. Jeff Thurman officiating.
Parents of the couple are Tor and Holly Olson of McCook and Elaine and Randy Peters, all of McCook.
Cassie Olson, sister of the bride, of McCook was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Britni Schwartz of Bismark N.D., cousin of the bride, Katline Powell of Lincoln, Kayla Ele of Omaha, sister of the bridegroom and Alissa Norland of Amery Wis., sister of the bridegroom.
Tony Wilcox of McCook was the best man. Bridegroomsmen were Brian Monety of McCook, Cody Monzon of Minden, Brett Monety of Gillette Wyo., and Matt Gummere of McCook.
Carley Peters of McCook, niece of the bridegroom was the flower girl and Ryland Peters of McCook, nephew of the bridegroom was the ringbearer.
The pianist was Deb Wilcox of McCook and the soloist was Kerri Unger of McCook, cousin of the bridegroom. Ushers were Travis Norland of Amery Wis., brother in-law of the bridegroom, Cade Liens of McCook, Jason Jacober of Clever, Mo., uncle of bride and Duane Depe of Atwood, uncle of bridegroom.
A reception followed the ceremony at the Community Building on the Red Willow County Fairgrounds.
Host couples were Gary and Jody Moon of Garrison N.D., uncle and aunt of thebride, Randy and Kim Korgan of McCook, Todd and Shariel Thieazen of McCook and Greg and Pam Wolford of McCook.
Garrette and Katie Moon of Mandan N.D., cousin of the bride were the guestbook attendants. Program attendants were Erik, Laura and Christian Olson and Abby Stewart, uncle, aunt and cousins, of McCook.
The bride graduated on May 2, 2009, from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in business management. She is employed at Olson's Photography.
The bridegroom graduated in 2007 from McCook Community College with an Associates Degree in machining and welding. He is employed with Red Willow Aviation.
After a Dreams Puerto Aventuras honeymoon, Mexico they couple is making their home in McCook.
