Renee Lynn Anglebrandt and James Baxter

Renee Lynn Anglebrandt and James Baxter, formerly of Palisade, of Dallas, Texas announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Sara and Dale Anglebrandt of Colorado Springs, Colo., Richard A. Baxter and Gary and Patricia Hanken, all of Palisade.

The bride-to-be graduated from Wasson High School in Colorado Springs. She attended McCook Community College and finished her Bachelors Degree at Colorado State University, Pueblo, Colo. She is employed with an ophthalmologist as an ophthalmic tech.

The prospective bridegroom graduated from Wauneta-Palisade High School and NorthWestern Techinical College in Goodland, Kan. He is employed with Verizon in Dallas.

A May 2009, wedding ceremony is planned in Cancun, Mexico.
