ARAPAHOE?-- Arola "June" Breinig, 63, died Thursday (June 7, 2007) at her home in Arapahoe after a lengthy battle with cancer.

She was born on April 4, 1944, in Hastings to Curtis and Nellie (Hasemeyer) Heath. She attended school in Holdrege and graduated from Holdrege High School in 1962.

On Oct. 11, 1964, she was united in marriage to Victor Lee Breinig in Arapahoe. They made their home at Arapahoe. She was a homemaker.

She was active in the Church of Christ of Arapahoe and a member of the First Christian Church of Beaver City.

Preceding her in death are her parents; sister, Betty Heath; brother-in-law, Duane Missing; and sister-in-law, Charlotte Heath.

Survivors include her husband, Victor Breinig of Arapahoe; sons, Curtis and wife, Sue Breinig of Riverdale and Patrick and wife, Denise of Omaha; daughters, Carrie Breinig of Arapahoe and Dawn and husband, Jim Piper of Clay Center; brothers, Richard Heath of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Don and wife, Phyllis Heath of Hastings and Ivan Heath of Hastings; sister, Doris Missing of Arapahoe; and eight grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be Saturday, 10 a.m., at the Church of Christ in Arapahoe with the Revs. Joe Stapleton and Phil Olsen officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Arapahoe Cemetery.
