OBERLIN -- Charlotte Hart, 64, died Monday (Feb. 27. 2006) in Hays, Kan..

She was born April 12, 1941, to William and Florence (Starr) Cooper in Waukesha, Wis.. She was raised in Waukesha and Milwaukee, Wis.

She attended high school in Milwaukee and respiratory school in Pueblo, Colo.

On Feb. 11, 1960, she married Gilbert J. Hart in Rockford, Ill., the couple made their home in Kansas City, Mo., Colorado and then moved to Oberlin in 2000. Charlotte was a retired respiratory therapist.

She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Alter Society in Oberlin and the Oberlin American Legion Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, William Cooper; and two sisters, Florence Letts and Evelyn Croft.

She is survived by her husband Gilbert Hart of Oberlin; a son, Samuel Hart of Longmont, Colo.; and a daughter Donna and husband, Bob Flowers of Rockport, Mo.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services will be at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oberlin on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

There will be no visitation.
