Otis 'Knotty' Knotwell

WAUNETA -- Otis "Knotty" Knotwell, 82, died Friday (Dec. 9, 2005) at the Northern Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colo.

Survivors include his wife, Beryl of Wauneta; daughters, Carol Thompson and husband, Steven of Wauneta, Barb Hinrichs and husband, Gordon of Lexington, Colleen Goings and husband, Dennis of Elsie and Patti Kitt and husband, Lonnie of Schuyler; son, James Knotwell and wife, Denise of Wayne; sister, Esther Einspahr of Wauneta; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be Friday, 1:30 p.m. MT, at the United Methodist Church in Wauneta with the Rev. Judy Dye officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery in Wauneta.

There will be no visitation. Memorials are being accepted in his name.

Liewer Funeral Home of Imperial is in charge of arrangements.
