Ina Neva Wagner died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2005, at Hillcrest Nursing Home in McCook at the age of 93.

She was born Feb. 24, 1912, in Hayes County, the daughter of Fred and Mary (DeWerff) Korell. She grew up north of Culbertson in Hitchcock County and graduated from Culbertson High School.

On Sept. 10, 1934, Ina married Amos Wagner at Culbertson. They resided at Cambridge until moving to Culbertson in 1938. They moved to Champion in 1940 and returned to Culbertson in 1946. They spent most of their married lives farming north of Culbertson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos on March 28, 1965, and one sister, Viola Wagner.

She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church at Culbertson and the Help-A-Lot Club. She was an active gardener who loved sewing and quilting. Her grandchildren were her love and joy.

Ina is survived by three daughters, LaVonne Pieper and husband, Don of Scottsbluff, Joann Schafer and husband, Ron of Culbertson and Carol Feuerhelm and husband, Alan of LeMars, Iowa; 10 grandchildren, Debra Krichau, Lori Mohrbacker and husband, John, Doug Pieper, Dennis Pieper and wife, Carrie, Peggy Brenn and husband, Luke, Brian Schafer and wife, Donnetta, Clint Schafer, Scott Feuerhelm and wife, Jill, Brad Feuerhelm and wife, Joyce and Kari Daale and husband, Justin; nineteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Melva Gohl of Culbertson; relatives; and friends.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 14, 2005, at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Culbertson with Rev. Richard Melano officiating. Interment will be in the Culbertson Cemetery at Culbertson.
