Jones, Siegfried engagement
Kate Jones and Benjamin Siegfried announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Larry and Becky Jones of Holcomb, Cal Siegfried and Beth Siegfried, both of McCook. Grandparents of the couple are Richard and Betty Scheribvogel, Katherine Jones, all of Garden City, Kan., and the late Taylor Jones, Joan Barger of McCook, the late Robert Barger, Ethyl Siegfried of McCook and the late Larry Siegfried. The bride-to-be received her bachelor of science degree in life science from Kansas State University and is a nursing student at Newman University in Wichita. The prospective bridegroom received his bachelor of science degree in agricultural economics from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is employed with Lextron Animal Health in Garden City. The couple is planning a May 21, 2005, ceremony at Our Lady Guadalupe in Taos, N.M.
