Lindsay and Lee McConville

Lindsay Hanchera and Lee McConville, both of Kearney, were united in marriage June 12, 2004, at Peace Lutheran Church in McCook with the Rev. Randy Wahl officiating.

Parents of the couple are Scott and Kris Hanchera of Danbury and Ed and Rita McConville of Indianola.

Grandparents of the couple are Don and Mary Jumps of Culbertson; LaVonne and DeWayne Hanchera of Danbury; John and Bernadetta Sis of Indianola and LaMoine and Garnet McConville of McCook. The bride's great-grandparents are Ida Stoll and Edith Clary, both of McCook.

The bride's cousin, Marissa Hanchera of Swisher, Iowa, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Becky Moore of Oberlin and Janelle Kowalek and Valerie DeJonge, both of Kearney and both sisters of the bridegroom.

Kirk McConville of Indianola, the bridegroom's brother, served as best man. Bridegroomsmen were Matt Campbell of McCook, the bridegroom's cousin; Alex Hanchera of Danbury, the bride's brother; and Kyle Stritt of Kearney.

The flower girls, cousins of the bride, were Rachel and Gabriel Hanchera of Houston, Texas.

The ring bearer was Colton Kowalek of Kearney, the bridegroom's nephew.

Ushers were Bret Tiller of Omaha; Rob McConville of Indianola, the bridegroom's cousin; Lance Manker of Indianola; and Dane Johnson of Kearney.

Patsy Fischer of Indianola was the organist.

The bridegroom's cousin, Alicia Lockhorn of Sydney, was the soloist.

The reception took place at the Red Willow County Fairgrounds and was hosted by Steve and Kathy Hanchera of Swisher and Sue and Rodney Lockhorn of Sydney.

Andrea Hanchera of Swisher, cousin of the bride, was the guest book attendant.

Danielle Hanchera of Milliken, Colo., cousin of the bride, was the gift and reception assistant.

The bride is pursuing a degree in psychology at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. The bridegroom is employed with Richtor Masonry in Kearney.

The couple is making their home in Kearney.
