BEAVER CITY -- Linda M. Wederski, 54, died Monday (Feb. 17, 2003) at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.

She was born May 8, 1948, to Raymond and Velma (Tracy) Wederski in Benkelman. The family moved from Edmonds, Kan., in the early 1950s to Beaver City. She graduated from Beaver City High School in 1968.

She was employed in the dairy business for Dale Stevens Farms for around 15 years. She worked for Robinson's Drive-In in Beaver City for 10 years. She also baby-sat for a number of children in the Beaver City community.

She was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Beaver City.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Survivors include her parents, Ray and Velma Wederski of Beaver City Manor and special friend, Dothen Ventling.

Services will be Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at the Beaver City Manor with Keith Theobald officiating. Burial of the cremains will be at a later time in Mount Hope Cemetery in Beaver City.

There will be no visitation.

Wenburg Funeral Home of Beaver City is in charge of the arrangements.
