Brown, Riley

Andrea Brown and Bronson Riley, both of Omaha, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Ruth and Eric Brown of Johnson Lake and Kim and David Riley of McCook. Grandparents of the couple are Max Brown of Lexington and the late Vera Brown, the late Ida and Vern Hagedon of, Jessie Helus of McCook, the late Louis Helus and the late John and Rae Campbell. The bride-to-be is a 1996 graduate of Lexington High School. She received her bachelor of arts degree in biology from Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill., in 2000 and a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Creighton University in 2001. She is the peri-natal and child health nurse at Charles Drew Health Center in Omaha. The prospective bridegroom is a 1993 graduate of McCook High School and a 1998 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln where he received a bachelor of arts degree in English and a bachelor of science degree in education. He is the clinic research coordinator at the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at Creighton University in Omaha. The couple is planning a May 25, 2003, ceremony at First United Methodist Church in Lexington.
