Kemp, Lofton

Michelle Kemp of Lincoln and Charley Lofton of McCook announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Parents of the couple are Donald and Connie Kemp and Jean Pasco, all of Lincoln, and the late Elmer and Marie Lofton. The couple is planning a Sept. 1, 2003, ceremony at First Baptist Church in McCook.
