Madison Scott and Patrick Nott

Madison Marie Scott and Patrick Pesha Nott, both of Denver, Colorado, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Parents of the bride-to-be are Kerry and JoHanna Scott of McCook, Nebraska. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Bill and Char Nott of Arapahoe, Nebraska.

Grandparents of the bride-to-be are Nellie Ryan of Cambridge, Nebraska, and Elsie Reiners and Gary Scott of Indianola, Nebraska. Grandparent of the prospective bridegroom is Eleanor Nott of Elwood, Nebraska.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Arapahoe High School and received her Bachelor of Science in biology with a health science emphasis from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2009. She is attending physician assistant school at Red Rocks in Denver and is scheduled to graduate in August 2012.

The prospective bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Arapahoe High School and received his Bachelor of Science in comprehensive biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2009. He is working in biofuels research at Gevo in Denver.

A wedding is planned for Aug. 13, 2011 at St. Germanus Catholic Church in Arapahoe. The couple will reside in Denver.
