Floyd 'Bud' Leland Frisbie

BIRD CITY, Kansas -- Floyd "Bud" Leland Frisbie, 88, died Monday (Dec. 13, 2010), at Cheynne County Hospital in St. Francis, Kansas.

He was born May 7, 1922, in Atwood, Kansas.

He was a farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Helen (Pierpoint) Frisbie of Bird City; sons, Rick Frisbie McDonald and Kurt Frisbie of Monument, Colorado; daughters, Barbara "Babs" Antholz McDonald, and Marsha Tischhouser of Wilsey, Kansas; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are Thursday, 11 a.m. CST, at Federated Church in McDonald, Kansas. Inurnment is in Grace Cemetery in McDonald.

There is no visitation.

Memorials may be made to the church or Cheylin Endowment Fund in Bird City, Kansas.
