Cook, Henne wedding

Lance and Audra Henne

RUSSELL, Kan. -- Audra Dawn Cook and Lance Larry Henne were married on March 29th 2008 at St. Mary's Queen of Angels Church in Russell, Kan. The Revs.Charles Steir and James Grennan officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Greg and Ramona Cook and the granddaughter of Bernadine Ritter and the late Raymond Ritter, Mary Cook and the late Donald Cook, all of Russell. The bridegroom is the son of Larry and Elaine Henne of Holyrood, Kan., the grandson of Elva Mae and, the late Ivan Henne and John and Anna Pfeifer of Morland, Kan.

The bridesmaids wore green dresses and carried peacock feather fans. The bridesmaids were Nicole Hammersmith, Brittany Fager, Marla Mooney, Eunice Zamrzla, Tesha Florian, Jana Cruz and Traci Steinert.

The bridegroomsmen, wearing dark brown tuxes and pool blue vests, were Ryan Stratmann, Eric Parks, Timothy Cook, Matthew Cook, Michael Cook, Cory Steinert and Phil Jelinek. The ushers were Michael Zamrzla, Gene Mooney, Brendan Bloss, Aaron Bloss, Dennis Matzen and Eric Stephens. Mallory Mooney was the flower girl and Braden Mooney was the ring bearer. Both wore miniature outfits identical to the bride and bridegroom. There were many other family and friends involved in the wedding.

Several of the bride's relatives from McCook were among the guests.

The bride is a receptionist at Professional Hearing Aid Service in Wichita. The bridegroom is a graphic designer at Cessna in Wichita. The couple honeymooned at Sandals in Jamaica. They will reside in Wichita, Kan.
