KENNESAW -- Nellie J. Kness, 64, of McCook, died Saturday (May 17, 2008) at Haven Home in Kennesaw.

She was born May 9, 1944, in Aurora, Ind., to Walter and Eva (Shoopman) Henry. She worked as homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter, Kim Kness of McCook; sister, Patty Henry of Phillipsburg, Kan.; brothers, Dale Henry of Phillipsburg, Jessie Henry of Harrison, Ohio and Alvin Henry of Sealy, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Friday, 2 p.m., at Downs Cemetery at Downs, Kan., with the Rev. Jeff Van Der Weele officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday from noon - 9 p.m., at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel in Phillipsburg.

Memorials may be given to Hospice Services.

Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel of Phillipsburg is in charge of arrangements.
