Peterson, Svoboda engagement

Alison Peterson and Seth Svoboda

Alison Peterson of Kearney and Seth Svoboda, formerly of McCook and now of Kearney, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Parents of the couple are Ward and Paula Peterson of Kearney, Tom Svoboda of McCook and Jerry and Pam Vap of Kearney.

The bride-to-be graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science degree in radiation therapy. She is employed as a radiation therapist at Pine Lake IMRT in Lincoln.

The prospective bridegroom is a student at University of Nebraska-Kearney. He will graduate in May with a degree in business management.

A June 7, 2008 wedding is planned at First Lutheran Church in Kearney.
