Jennifer and Joshua Brown

Jennifer Ann Esch and Joshua Jacob Brown were united in marriage on July 22, 2006, at the Peace Lutheran Church in McCook, with the Rev. Randy Wahl officiating.

Parents of the couple are Michael and Barbara Esch of McCook and Robert Jr. and Deanna Brown of Indianola.

Grandparents of the bride are Harold and Melva Esch of McCook, Audrey and Harvey Cole of Curtis and Wayne and Diane Bryant of McCook. Opal Tincher of McCook is the bride's great-grandmother.

The bridegroom's grandparents are Jack and Evelyn Hook and Ardis Brown all of Indianola and the late Robert Brown Sr.

The maid of honor was Lindsey Esch of Hays, Kan., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Lanay Esch of McCook, sister of the bride, Amy Long of Kearney and Jennifer Bruns of Marshall, Minn. Erika Fisher of Indianola served as the junior bridesmaid.

The bride's personal attendants were Kasey Pulliam of Kearney, Lindsey Foster of McCook, sister of the bridegroom, and Monica Cole of Grant, sister of the bridegroom.

Jock Kenz of Kearney served as best man. Bridegroomsmen were Shawn Cole of Grant, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Eric Foster of McCook, brother-in-law of the bridegroom and Bret Tiller of Gothenburg.

Michala Pace of Fruita, Colo., cousin of the bride, served as flowergirl and Zane Miller of McCook cousin of the bridegroom served as the ringbearer.

Ushers were Matthew Esch of McCook, brother of the bride, Nicholas O'Dea of McCook, cousin of the bridegroom and Travis Keith of Indianola.

Guestbook attendants were Brooke Nelms of Omaha and Michelle Neel of Fort Collins, Colo. Jared Bryant and Jaden Bryant of McCook, cousins of the bride and Christian Simmons and Lindi Simmons of North Platte, cousins of the bridegroom served as balloon attendants. Gift carriers were Hailey, Hannah and Mackenzie Esch of Indianola and Marisa Esch of McCook, all cousins of the bride.

The organist and soloist was Patsy Fisher of Indianola and Kristina Parks of McCook.

The reception and dance followed at the Republican River Valley Event Center in McCook. Host couples were Kent and Lisa Esch of Lonetree, Colo., aunt and uncle of the bride, Dick and Wanda Parman of Benkelman, aunt and uncle of the bridegroom and Gary and Sandy Parks of McCook.

The bride is pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and will graduate in December 2006. She is serving her internship at Good Samaritan Hospital Wellness Center in Kearney. The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney and is employed with Brandt Inc., of Kearney.

After a honeymoon in Colorado the couple is making their home in Kearney.
