Bonnie Nadine Sevier, 62, of McCook died Saturday (Jan. 1, 2005) at Community Hospital.

She was born Dec. 6, 1942, in Hayes County, the youngest child of Nathan Lee and Dorothy Pearl (French) McNutt.

She married George Campbell in California and to this union one son was born. Bonnie taught school for 27 years. She taught in Grant, Sargent, Douglas and Hayes Center.

She married Brown Sevier in McCook on Feb. 8, 1978.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, Brown.

Survivors include her son Douglas Campbell and wife, Becky Campbell of Summit, N.J.; three sisters, Louise Tucker and husband, Darryl of McCook, Norma Cox and husband, Darrel of Hayes Center; Doris Bryson of Lindale, Texas.; a brother, Bob McNutt of Palisade; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services are Wednesday, 10 a.m., at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home with Jerry Beckenhauer officiating. Burial will be at the Hayes Center Cemetery.

Memorials are being accepted in her name for an educational grant for college age students.

There will be no public viewing. Family and friends may sign her book Tuesday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., at the funeral home. Friends may also go online at www.carpenterbreland.com to extend condolences.
