GERING -- LaTisha "Tisha" (Tuller) Durland, 34 of Gering, died Aug. 2, 2004 at the University Hospital in Denver, Colo.

Funeral services will be on Aug. 5, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. at the Trinity United Methodist Church of Kimball with the Rev. Roger Gillming officiating. The casket will be closed at the service. Burial will be in the Kimball Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to the Tisha Durland Memorial Fund for Amanda.

Tisha was born on Sept, 11, 1969, in Kimball to Larry and Linda (Williams) Tuller. She graduated from Kimball County High School in 1987.

On March 3, 1988 Tisha and David Chamberlain were united in marriage and to this union they had a wonderful daughter Amanda, on December 14, 1990.

Tisha worked as a dispatcher for a number of years, she enjoyed working for the Kimball County Sheriff's Department and the Torrington Police Department.

On January 27, 2001, Tisha and Shane Durland were united in marriage in Torrington, Wyo. They later moved to Scottsbluff in June of 2003, where she worked for Bluffs Sanitary Supply.

She enjoyed crocheting, creating scrapbooks, and especially loved to be of help to all people she knew and didn't know. She loved her family the most, especially her daughter Amanda, and her cousins were like brothers and sisters to her. LaTisha possessed a natural talent to entertain and was a magnet to those who loved to laugh and enjoy life. Now we must say farewell to a woman dearly loved by her friends and family. We will miss her quick sense of humor, her compassion for others, her willingness to assist anyone in need and her devotion to family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband, Shane Durland of Gering, her mother, Linda Williams of Kimball, father, Larry and his wife, Kathy Tuller of Culbertson, daughters, Amanda Chamberlain; Samantha Durland; Taylor Durland and a son Tarren Durland;. Her sister, Lisa and husband, James Cross of Banner County, a half-sister, DaNita and husband, Danny Robinson, and step-sister, Michelle Hall. Tisha is also survived by her grandparents, Evert and Pauline Williams and Roxie Tuller, her Uncle Jerry and Aunt Sharon Williams, Aunt Dianna Kudera, Uncle Ray and Aunt Pat Tuller, Uncle Gary and Aunt Sandy Tuller. Her loving cousins and their families; Traci and Chris Pleiss, and Abby, Nick and Rylan; Brian Williams and Logan and Garrett; and Noelle and Ken Jacquot and Jhett, Spencer, Madison and Shayla. Her nieces Kristin; Paige; Jadyn; Tasha, and nephews Robby and Kyler.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Dane Tuller.
