Schneider, Stensvad wedding
PALISADE -- Carol (Cooper) Schneider of Culbertson and Robert Stensvad of McCook were united in marriage April 16, 2004, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Palisade with the Rev. Patrick Murphy officiating.
Parents of the couple are Anna Cooper of Culbertson, the late James "Bill" Cooper, Marie Stensvad of McCook and the late Arthur Stensvad.
The bride was escorted by Mike Schneider of Papillion and Scott Schneider of Anchorage, Alaska, sons of the bride.
The matron of honor was Lynn Kolbet of Culbertson, sister of the bride. The best man was Con Fielding of McCook.
The bridegroomsman was Eric Stensvad of McCook, grandson of the bridegroom.
The ring bearers were Trey and Travis Schneider of Papillion, grandsons of the bride.
Jim Stensvad of McCook, son of the bridegroom, was the photographer of the event.
The reception was at the Hitchcock County Community Building in Culbertson. Reception servers were Sue Weber, Rhonda Erdman and Deb Huss.
The bride is an administrative assistant in the Business and Community Education Office at McCook Community College. The bridegroom is retired from Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railroad.
The couple make their home in McCook.
