Sandra 'Sandy' Hegerty

BLOOMFIELD, N.M. -- Sandra "Sandy" Hegerty, 61, died Thursday (Jan. 9, 2003) at her home in Bloomfield, N.M.

She was born Sept. 25, 1941, in McCook to Thomas and Elaine Moore. She graduated with the Class of 1959.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Tom of Bloomfield; son, Terry Sayer of Kearney; two daughters, Deborah Hegerty and Raegan and husband, Larry Loeffelholz both of Kearney; one sister, Susan and husband, Spencer Offord of Tulsa, Okla.; and two grandchildren.

A wake service is set for Sunday, 2 p.m., at the American Legion, 1221 Central Ave., in Kearney.

La Quey Funeral Home of Farmington, N.M., is in charge of arrangements.
