LINCOLN -- Chris and Jodi (Sayer) Wood of Lincoln announce the birth of a son, Joshua Eli, born Friday (May 31, 2002) in Lincoln. He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces. He was born on his sister, Mercadees' second birthday.

Grandparents are Howard and Linda Sayer of Cambridge, Ron Wood of Arapahoe and Barb Wood of Holdrege. Great-grandparents are Wayne and Athol Callan of McCook.
