Doug and Linda Frank of McCook announce the marriage of their daughter, Kristine, to Carlos Rojas, both of Omaha, Neb.

Grandparents of the bride-to-be are Marvin and Elaine Frank of McCook and the late Frank and Dorothy Scharvin, formerly of Oxford, Neb.

Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Alberto and Mercedes Rojas of Caracas, Venezuela.

The bride-to-be is a 1995 McCook High School graduate and graduated from McCook Community College in 1997. She works at Lincoln Financial.

The prospective bridegroom is originally from Caracas, Venezuela and has a bachelor’s degree in system engineering. He’s currently working at GrubHub and plans to pursue a career in real estate.

The couple is planning a wedding on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020, with a small family ceremony.

A renewal of vows and formal wedding will take place at the United Methodist Church in McCook, date to be determined due to the coronavirus.
